A Visit to London – Part Three

Good afternoon everyone.  I hope that you have all had some wonderful moments with families and friends on Christmas day and with lots of prezzies.  Same here, we spent a great day, calm, tranquil and happy.

Since Christmas has been the centre of normal days, I did not have time to make a post about the last visit of London.  And here I am sharing with  you some of my pictures I did on my last visit to London in November.321320319318317316315314313312311310307305304303

302Above is the King’s College of London and Below is The London School of Economics and Political Science301Below is history gone wrong – taken over by technology.  They have been off the streets in most parts of the country.  But there are some of them still standing.  Remembrance of the days when “Apple and Black Berries” were still fruits!309 AI wish you all a wonderful week!

Pictures and words are my properties!

    • Me too, I love the Lyceum Theater, it a fantastic landmark from 1834 to today. It is a beautiful piece of work and I am so proud of the people who build it, and I sure know they are no longer with us, may their souls rest in peace!

  • Very nice photos, Juli. I think it’s interesting the economics & poly sci college building looks newer, more elegant than King’s College. I wonder if that speaks to the importance of econ and politics in today’s world? I smiled at the technology quip. Especially with the Zip car (representative of technology) in the background of the pay booth. Oh my, where is our world headed?!

  • hahahah Ann, you made me laugh about the zip car behind the booth. If I can only tell you what is that thing zip car, I will lie to you. too many inventions in the modern world, what is next, I just don’t know where we are heading next hahah LOL! Yes one college is newer than the other. But Kings College is one big old college of London. The Economic and Political Science College has been there for some good few years, but is not that old. Well this is “The Good Old London,” – like the British says!

  • You really make it seem so easy with your presentation however I find this matter to be really something which I believe I’d never understand. It kind of feels too complicated and very broad for me. I’m taking a look ahead in your subsequent publish, I’ll try to get the dangle of it!
